I joined Sam’s family for their annual doughnut-making day this week. We fried dozens upon dozens of pumpkin, spiced cider, and chocolate doughnuts; we dipped them in glaze, rolled them in cinnamon-sugar, decorated them with sprinkles, or dusted them with powdered sugar. We taste-tested delicious doughnut holes and I decided that the spiced cider variety were my favorite. :)
((Shout out to Teresa: Sam wanted to make sure that you saw the following pictures so that you could understand the extent of the doughnuts you missed out on. I hope you’ll forgive me for carrying this message!))
Ah, doughnut making… that was so much fun. Anybody hungry yet?!
