While in Melbourne for the Bible Experience, I finally had my first taste of the actual East Coast…and my first experience of a warm, white-sand beach. I’m used to the crash and roar of the cold, gray Pacific, with its powerful tide changes and swirling gray sand. Coming to a deep blue pool-water-temperature ocean with quieter yet immense waves and soft, pale-colored sand was a major adjustment. But a good one!
We tried out three different beaches and had such an amazing time.
So beautiful. And so many beautiful memories.
