flower contest entries
Sierra at her blog linked me up with this photo contest (click to enter!) hosted by Johanna, featuring a flower theme. Since I've been taking a gazillion flower pictures lately, I decided it would be fun to join. :) I wanted you to see my five entries (no editing allowed!). Which one do you like best?
Yes--dandelions are still flowers, even though they're usually not where they're supposed to be, right?

Wow, Hallie. It's hard to choose. I think I like the first one with the pink tulip and the last one with the dandelion. But as usual, I like them all =)

I love the dandelion picture. And the first one with the tulip, and the droplets on the pansy. But I think I like the dandelion best. :]

The first one is my favorite but they are all beautiful. The dandelion one is very cool but since I'm currently waging war on dandelions in my yard I can't in good conscious vote for a dandelion picture. :)

Hi Lauren! It's so much fun to hear from you. :) I was just over at your blog and am really enjoying it!
ReplyDeleteI use a Nikon D40 (which I hear you used to have too!) and I have an 18-55mm lens and a 55-200mm VR lens. I use the 55-200mm lens most often. If I were to get a new lens, I'd probably go for something that works well for macro photography, since I have to use my small digital Canon Powershot whenever I want to do that.
My friend Amanda at sonshinephotography777.blogspot.com uses a Canon Rebel T1i 500D, so if you have any interest in a Canon you might look her up. :) Hope that helps!!!
